Once the request is done, there’s approximately a 1 to 4 business days range to receive a letter of acceptance or rejection of your commission. It's not first come first serve.

Once the commission has been accepted, the artist has at least 90 business days due to complete the artwork. Complex commissions might take more time, but their exceptional due time will be calculated at the time of acceptance.

Purchase: The client will receive at least 2 process pics (Sketch and Line work) for updates and a final product full resolution with a small noninvasive watermark.

Correct use: The commissioned work is for personal use only. The client may not claim the artwork as their own, and it must not be resold in any way.

Edits: The client is allowed a maximum of 2 edits through the process of the product that can be done at any moment before the finished product. However, if the edits are too invasive or too late into the process, the artist will charge extra. More than 2 edits are also extra charge. Minor edits like filters, color corrections or art mistakes can be done at any time without extra charge.

Client Editing: The client is not allowed to edit the artwork in any destructive way; however, filters, color corrections and minor edits are okay.

Shipping: The product is a digital file and does not require shipping.

Format and Size: The format of the file will depend on the type of commission. However, it won't be lower than 300dpi, and no higher than 4K 600dpi. (In case of printing or video editing, the client must be informed of the preferred format and let me know beforehand.)

Client and Art Privacy: The client can choose their name to be public or stay anonymous, yet their commissioned artwork will remain public. The artist may post, stream, or record a video of the commissioned work.

Delivery: Finished commissions will be sent via email. Process pics will be sent via chosen contact form.

The client is not allowed to remove nor edit the watermark / signature on the artist's artworks.

Price Change: The client must pay 3x~4x the original amount if the artwork is used to produce merchandise such as t-shirts, key chains, mugs; or any other form of commercial use like marketing or streaming assets. Vtuber models differ from this price rule because of its different complexity and planning.

International Payments will be made in USD through a PayPal Invoice, or Vgen depending on the means of contact.

National Payments inside of Chile will be made in CLP through bank transaction.

The artist must receive a screenshot of the first payment to start on the commission.

The total of extra edits will be added to the last 50% payment.

The client will be given out a huge watermarked low-resolution image and may only claim the full resolution artwork when the full amount is paid. (show screenshot)

If the client wishes to cancel a commission, initial payment deposits are considered forfeited once the artist already started the artwork. (Meaning the artist already sent progress sketches/art prior to the client’s cancellation request)

A full refund will be given if the client cancels the commission before the Sketch is finished and sent.

A full refund will be given if the artist cancels the commission.

A full refund of the money already paid can be requested if the artist is past the deadline.

There won’t be any kind of refund after the product is finished.

I, the artist, have the right to decline a commission request.

I, the artist, have the right to take legal action once I find out a breach of terms and conditions has been made.

I, the artist, retain the rights to the commissioned artwork/s and by commissioning me, the client is allowing me to use and feature the commissioned work/s on my portfolio, videos, websites, social media and future published art books.

By continuing with the purchase, the client agrees to have read the terms and conditions and follow them correctly. Any incorrect follow is strictly the client's responsibility.
